Birthday Celebration

A weekend visit from Mom and Dad A gave us the opportunity to celebrate a soon to be grandmothers birthday. We surprised her with a cake with her favorite homemade icing. We also presented her with a grandmother necklace with a charm representing Peanut. We had a fabulous dinner at St. Elmo's Steakhouse, followed by cake and ice cream, presents and then saw a movie. Don't even ask me to review the movie, I hated it!

How can you hate ANY moive with Johnny Depp??? Are you crazy?

Looks like you guys had a great celebration. The cake looks wonderful and wish sooooo much that I could have joined you in a slice!

Again, thanks for the nice birthday weekend celebration! Did all of my favorite things; hard to pick which was the best: fun, food, presents, swimming, movie, or getting closer to Peanut's arrival. All of these I enjoy very much! Expect a call from you soon telling us that Peanut's on the way. She's the first of the next generation of Abbotts. When we come down I'll have a sign-up sheet for those wanting to hold Peanut; of course, they'll have to work around our already-filled in names on the list. (I'll leave a few spaces open!)Heeheehee!
