In the Spirit of Halloween!

Grandma Abbott gave us this little costume for the kittens, so first we dressed Minnie as a witch! She was "frozen" not sure what to do about this crazy outfit!

Then we dressed up Daisy (I put her on the blanket this time because it is hard to see black cats on a dark blue couch)!

Pumpkin Carving Fun...

Last weekend we had Lacey, Derek, Wyatt, Gigi, Matt and Reece over for some pizza and then pumpkin carving!

Wyatt was having fun playing with some of Cara's toys and also playing with everything else he is not supposed to touch (the cable box, remotes, fireplace tools, etc)!
I thoroughly enjoyed some snuggle time with Reece, he is simply adorable!

What a fun night we had with friends! Looking forward to keeping up this tradition and can't wait until all the kids are old enough to help!!

Wild Zoo Halloween at the FW Children's Zoo

This past weekend we enjoyed Scott's long fall break weekend and headed up to Fort Wayne for a visit with Grandma and Grandpa Abbott!

They had 10 trick or treat stations (some candy, pretzels, animal cookies, and a pumpkin were the treats)
They had a small maze which Cara loved

Spongebob was hanging out! Earlier in the day there was Dora, Elmo and Spiderman but we missed those

More kitten fun...

We have been enjoying our kittens very much! They are so fun to watch, cuddle with, and play with. They are so cute!!

New Additions to the Family...

Last weekend we adopted two new adorable kittens! My friend Dendra is now volunteering for the Rescue Me Cat Program and told us about these kittens that were being adopted out at PetSmart and we decided we were ready to adopt some little felines into our family. We knew we wanted two so they would always have a playmate and company if we were out of town. We fell in love with these little sisters and knew they would be a perfect fit for us!

Meet Minnie (on the Left in this picture) and Daisy. They are nearly identical but Minnie has a white patch on her belly. They both have a little white patch on their neck
