Aunt Cyndi Is Here!!

Here we are ready to head out to the airport, Cara is showing her sign that she and Grandma made for Aunt Cyndi to see at the airport

Despite checking her flight status before leaving home and thinking it would be nearly on time, we arrived at the airport to find out the flight was an hour late because of snow in Detroit, so we grabbed a table and snacks

After walking around and waiting, we finally see Cyndi's plane arrive at gate A13, here is Grandpa holding Cara up to the window to see it

Aunt Cyndi arrives safely back home again in Indiana! Tired and weary from a LONG day of travel, but so excited to see the family (especially Cara)

Aunt Cyndi (and Uncle Danilo) brought her a stuffed leopard which is so soft and huggable, Cara calls him her tiger

On the way back from the airport our guest of honor wanted dinner at Outback, so here is Cara and Mommy being silly waiting for our food

Cara got yet another present when we got back to the house, a blue Princess dress up outfit with matching Barbie Doll. It is a bit big but great for growing into, and she loves twirling in it

It is great to have Aunt Cyndi home again, even if this is not really "home" anymore. We look forward to lots of family time over the next several weeks! It is great for her to be here safe and sound and Cara will love getting the chance to get know and play with Aunt Cyndi in real life, not just on skype!
