Hmm.. this water is yummy!
Mommy was just browsing through the Sunday ad's, when the picture of this super fun giraffe pool popped out of Target's ad. We thought our little water baby would love having a slightly bigger pool with a slide. Well worth the $23 bucks it cost, she had so much fun!!
With the hose hooked up to it, water comes sprinkling out of the giraffes mouth, which doubled as a drinking fountain for Cara. She loved going down the slide, had to do it over and over about a hundred times! Hours and hours of summertime fun ahead!!

You don't know me, but someone I know stumbled on your blog and sent it to me b/c of the giraffe pool post. We weren't quite as happy with ours! I guess it would be better with littler ones. (My girls are 5 and almost 4.) You have such a sweet family. Hope you enjoy your pool! Don't know if you will check back here or not but wanted to reply in case you did. I totally agree about the very deceptive packaging. LUckily for us our daughter is not yet 2 so she is still a good size for the pool, but defnitely not quite like the picture on the box. Another bonus for us it was on sale too! But it was awfully fun that we each had a blog post titled Giraffe Pook, small world!
Just wanted to let you know we are thinking of all of you and missing you. Wish we all could be together. Hard to believe one week ago we were at our house celebrating birthdays and now we are visiting with Cyndi and Danilo.

Grandma and Grandpa are missing you already! They have been talking about you since they got here. Grandpa brough his lap top so we have lots of photos of my beautiful "nipotina" AND we have even got see some movies of you. Not as good as seeing the real thing, but we sure are enjoying the photos and movies. The best one was when you were trying to call me and Uncle Danilo. You are just too cute! We also loved the one when you are coughing, but still trying to sing happy birthday!
