We started our day with breakfast at the hotel. We then headed out to hit the shops on the Magnificent Mile. Our hotel was on Ontario Street, just off of Michigan, and was right in the heart of the best shopping in Chicago. We hit the stores, with nothing particular to buy, just a lot of window shopping. Lucky for us the weather was much better than Wednesday. Still a tad chilly, but at least the sun was shining.
After spending a few hours shopping, we went back to the hotel and packed up to head to Grandma and Grandpa A's house. We had a long drive ahead, and Cara was just ready for a nap, perfect timing.
