Will's First Build a Bear

Cara recently got a new Build A Bear with her Girl Scout troop and we thought Will would love to make his own someday.  So one evening we took Will to pick out his own.

Fort Wayne Pumpkin Patch and some big news...

Cara spent a few days in Fort Wayne with Grandma and Grandpa Abbott over her fall break.  Scott, Will and I went up for the weekend for some fun family activities. One of our favorite fall activities is to visit this pumpkin patch and buy some great pumpkins for carving. 

The kids had a blast walking through the pumpkins and finding the perfect ones.

 We also chose this location to do our baby announcement picture!  We happily announce that Baby Abbott #3 is on the way.  We are shocked to say the least but very appreciative of God's Blessing.

Fort Wayne Zoo Halloween

Another annual tradition is going to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo Halloween.  There are several trick or treat stations and lots of decorations all around the zoo.

Apple Fest

Every year we go to the Apple Festival at Beasley's Orchard.  We got home and all I have on my phone is 2 pictures??  We went with Grandma and Grandpa Fox, Aunt Lisa and Oscar.  Scott, Lisa and all the kids did the corn maze which took about an hour but they had a blast.  We came home with full bellies, big bags and apples and smiling faces

Zoo Boo

Taking advantage of a not too cold Saturday we headed to Zoo Boo with Grandma and Grandpa Fox and cousin Oscar.  Will loved the candy stations!

Mom and Daughter Night Out

Fall Ball!

Cara played Fall softball at Brownsburg Softball league in the 8U group.  She was on the Pink Panther team!

 We made cupcakes to celebrate the last regular weekend of games before the tournament starts

her team won the first game of the tournament but lost the next game!  She had a great time playing and we are excited she has found a sport she is really enjoying. 

Labor Day Weekend at Camp Abbott

What better than a holiday weekend to spend time at Camp Abbott! We went swimming, played corn hole, ate lots of yummy food and head a great weekend.  Mommy had to work Sunday and Monday so we couldn't stay as long as we would have liked but we definitely had a great time.

Will is becoming quite independent in the pool!  He could swim the length of the pool and we let him be free since his puddle jumper keeps him upright!
